Maintaining a healthy lifestyle was put to the test in 2020, and we’re looking forward to putting COVID-19 behind us in 2021. Until social distancing is no longer a necessity, we will continue following safety guidelines so that you can get back to your yoga journey, as well as massage therapy and vibrational sound therapy. For those who haven’t been to the studio in a while, we’re doing our part to help yogis and yoginis stay safe by having limited class sizes, marking safe distances between mats, asking everyone to bring a mat, and requiring masks to be worn inside the studio before and after practice.
